You use the Program List to load a tree view representation of the programs within SYSPRO (earlier versions displayed this as the SYSPRO menu, within the Main Menu pane).

| Program description | This column indicates the descriptive name of programs on the menu. |
| Program | This column indicates the six-character program name. This column is not displayed by default. You need to right-click the column header of the Program List pane, select the Field Chooser option and drag the additional column headers into the pane. |
| Category | This indicates the category of the program (e.g. Setup, GL Integration, etc.) |
| Context menu (right-click or Ctrl+F1) | Right-click in the pane (or press Ctrl+F1) to load a context-sensitive menu with additional options. |
| Publish menu as HTML | Select this to create a customized web menu for use in
the SYSPRO browser. A wizard will guide
you through the process of creating the menu. See Activity considerations in Notes and warnings. |
| Include/Exclude Category 'Browses' | Select this if you want to toggle the display of Browse folders on the menu. These folders are excluded by default. |
| Include/Exclude Category 'Reports' | Select this if you want to toggle the display of Report folders on the menu. These folders are excluded by default. |

| Table of Contents title | Enter the title of your HTML menu here. |
| Favorites title | This title will appear in your SYSPRO Browser Favorites menu. |
| Web location | This indicates the folder to which your menu will be saved. |
| Folders to include in your menu | Select the folders, and therefore the applications, that you want to include in your menu. All folders are selected by default. |
| Choose a theme | Select a visual theme for your menu from this list. |
If you have upgraded from an earlier version of SYSPRO, then the MyMenu functionality appears on the Navigation Pane as an operator menu labelled: MyMenu.
A single mouse click launches programs from the Program List pane (earlier versions of SYSPRO required a double-click).
The Program List pane will be blank if operator option: Enable standard SYSPRO menus is not enabled (Operator Maintenance).
Operator access to the following activities within this program can be restricted. You configure this using the Operator Maintenance program.

| Main Menu - Allow to publish menu as HTML | Controls whether an operator is able to publish the main menu as an HTML file. This is to prevent unauthorized access to system files when browsing for a location to save the web menu. |
Displaying additional columns in the program list
This enables you to include the names of SYSPRO programs and the categories of these programs as columns in the Program List pane.
Open the Program List pane .
Right-click the column header and select Field Chooser from the context-sensitive menu.
You can also press Ctrl+F1 anywhere in the Program List pane.
From the Field Chooser window, drag and place columns onto the header bar of the Program List pane.
Highlighting the last menu item selected
Open the Personalize program .
From the Environment Options tab, enable the Highlight last selected menu item in Program List option.
Publishing menu as HTML
This creates menus for deployment in the SYSPRO web browser.
Right-click anywhere in the Program List pane and select Publish menu as HTML.
The Web Menu Wizard is displayed which leads you through the steps required to create a web-based menu.
