You use this program to extract customer data into a file that can be used by third-party applications to generate letters to customers who have exceeded their credit terms or credit limits.

Indicate the name of the file to which you want to extract the customer details, including the full path. This defaults to: \Data\xARSCRE.DAT (where x indicates your company id) |

Customer selection | Indicate a selective range of customers that you want
to include in the extract. You can also specify a list of up to 200 customers to include. From within the Define Customer List window, the Balance extracted column indicates the customer's current balance. You can enter any amount here, which will be added to the outstanding order value and compared to the customer's credit limit to determine whether the credit limit has been exceeded. |
