List of Engineering Users

You use this program to generate a report of details defined against the Engineering Users within your engineering change control environment.

Report Options

Field Description
Print authorities Select this to print a list of status codes (with descriptions) as well as indicate the level of access configured against the user (i.e. allowed/denied).

Selection criteria

Field Description
User selection Indicate the engineering user(s) for which you want to generate the report.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).

Report Details

The following details are printed:

  • User
  • Name
  • whether the user is a system administrator (i.e. Yes or No)
  • the SYSPRO operator code to which the user belongs (Multiple indicates the user is assigned to more than one operator)
