BOM Work Center Move Matrix Details

Field Description
From work center This indicates the source work center from which an item will be moved.
To work center This indicates the target work center to which an item will be moved.
Time unit of measure This indicates the unit of measure for the movement time.
Movement time

Indicate the movement time between the two work centers.

[Note]
  • If you require an operation to start on the same day as the preceding operation, then you can enter -999 as the movement time between work centers. This will, however, affect every operation moving between the designated work centers and should be used only with extreme caution.
  • A negative move time entered against an operation cannot exceed the elapsed time currently defined against the operation. While this would work if fixed elapsed times are used, a larger than standard batch would cause the dynamic elapsed time to exceed the entered negative move.
