Consolidated Statement

You use this program to generate a list of all deposits and/or withdrawals held in the Cash Book transaction detail file.

Report Options

Field Description
Consolidated statement as of

Select the Period for which you want to print the Consolidated Statement.

The transactions that are printed are selected by comparing the posting month/year of the transaction with the period you select here.

The transaction is included in the print if the posting month/year is equal to or prior to the selected year/period.

A drop down selection box is available, with the options Current month, Previous month 1 and Previous month 2. The default is the Current month.

Transaction types Indicate which transactions to include in the report.

Options
Highlight missing checks

When online check are processed using the (Deposits and Withdrawals) program, a warning is displayed when the next check to be processed is more than one number greater than the previous check used (i.e. the sequence is inconsistent). This warning can be ignored.

If you select this option, then the Consolidated Statement highlights these check numbers as missing.

Only print transactions for the selected period

This option works in conjunction with your selection at the Consolidated statement as of field.

It allows you to print ONLY those transactions for the current period or ONLY those transactions for previous period 1 or ONLY those transactions for previous period 2.

For example, if this option is selected together with Current month at the Consolidated statement as of field, then only transactions with a posting period equal to the current period are included in the report.

Similarly, if this option is selected together with Previous month 1 at the Consolidated statement as of field, then only transactions with a posting period equal to previous period 1 are included in the report.

If you do not select this option, and you select Current month at the Consolidated statement as of field, then all transactions with a posting period equal to or less than the current period are printed.

Similarly, if you do not select this option and you select Previous month 1 at the Consolidated statement as of field, then all transactions with a posting period equal to or less than previous period 1 are printed.

Selection criteria

Field Description
Bank selection Indicate the bank(s) for which you want to print the consolidated statement(s).
Transaction date selection Indicate the specific transaction dates, (within the period you selected at theConsolidated statement as of field) to include in the report.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).

Report details

Future transactions are excluded.

Items are included irrespective of whether they have been reconciled.
