Start at | Indicate the key of the row to which you want to
navigate (i.e. the value in the first column of the row to
which you want to navigate). For example: If you are viewing the Sales order master table, you would enter the sales order number in this field. Similarly, if you are viewing the Lot Traceability Detail table you would enter the stock code in this field. |

View All Rows (F6) |
Displays all rows of the selected table in the listview. You can use the Preferences option to define the number of rows you want to display in the listview. If you select this option, then you can use listview features such as sorting, exporting and printing. |
Previous Set of Columns (F2) | View the previous set of columns If you have selected to view the next set of columns. This is only enabled if there are more than 99 columns. |

View options | |
Show all rows | Displays all the rows in the selected table (this can be slow to load if there is a large number of rows). |
Show page at a time | Displays a page of rows at a time when displaying the
lines in the selected table. You indicate the number of rows you want to display per page in the Number of rows per page field. |
Number of rows per page | Indicate the number of rows you want to display per page (if you selected the Show page at a time option). |
Save Preferences | Saves the preferences against your operator code. |
Reset View All Rows Warning | Reinstates the display of a warning message when you select to view all rows in a table. The warning message is hidden if you enable the option: Do not show this message again in the Viewer Warning window. |
Selecting to display all rows may take some time depending on the number of rows and columns to be returned. If you enabled the preference: Reset View All Rows Warning, then a warning message to this effect is displayed when you select to view all rows.
The Data Viewer pane heading indicates the total number of columns as well as the range currently displayed (e.g. Showing 1-99 of 129).
The Status bar indicates the Database.Schema.Table (the schema will be 'dbo') at the Location field.
When using F2 or F3 to scroll through the columns (i.e. where there are more than 99 columns) the justification used with the initial set of 99 columns is applied to subsequent columns, regardless of whether the subsequent columns are left, right or center-aligned.
The column headings of columns that make up the primary key are prefixed with an asterisk (*).
Tables that contain Globally Unique IDs (GUIDs) are displayed using the industry standard 38-character format (e.g. '{af67120F-f9e2...}'. Currently, the SYSPRO CMS module makes use of GUIDs. In some cases, the alphabetic sequence of GUIDs is not as you might expect. This is by design.
