You use this program to view details of quotations currently defined.

| Detail Lines | Select this to view additional details for the sales order quote line. |
| Include | |
| All customers | Select this to display quotes for all customers in the listview. |
| Single customer | Select this to display quotes for a single customers in the listview. |
This screen is displayed when you select the Single customer option from the Include menu.

| Customer | Enter the customer for whom you want to display quotes in the listview. |
| OK | Select this to return to the listview. Only the quotes for the customer you entered are displayed. |
| Cancel | Select this to ignore any entry you made and to return to the listview. |

| Customer | This indicates the customer code for the quote |
| Date | This indicates the date on which the quote was captured. |
| Operator | This indicates the code of the operator who captured the quote. |
| Time | This indicates the time at which the quote was captured. |
| Description | This indicates the description defined against the quote. |
| Name | This indicates the name of the customer. |
These additional details are displayed when you select the Detail Lines option from the Functions menu.
This program is accessed by selecting the Select Quote option from the Quick Entry program.
