Custom Form Lookup

During custom form design, this program enables you to define a lookup list of possible entries for a specific custom form field. The program is accessed from the Field Properties pane of the Admin Custom Forms Entry program (click on the Edit hyperlink for the Configure field within the Field validation section).

During custom form entry, you can view the list of items and select the required entry from the list.

Toolbar and menu

Field Description
File  
Select Populates the custom form field with the currently highlighted item.

This option is only enabled when you use the Admin Custom Forms Data Entry program to view the list of items for a custom form field.

Edit  
Add Adds an item and description to the list for the custom form field.
Change Maintains the currently highlighted item.
Delete Deletes the currently highlighted item from the list.
