Details Lines for Dispatch

You use this program to view the detail lines for a specific dispatch note.

Toolbar and Menu

Field Description
Options Indicate the types of dispatch lines you want to display in the listview. The following options are available:
  • Show stocked lines
  • Show freight charges
  • Show miscellaneous charges
  • Show comment lines
  • Show non-stocked lines
View  
Lots Select this to use the Lot, Bin, Serial Allocations program to view details of lot allocations for the dispatch line currently highlighted in the listview.

This option is only enabled if the item on the dispatch line is lot traceable.
Bins Select this to use the Lot, Bin, Serial Allocations program to view details of bin allocations for the dispatch line currently highlighted in the listview.

This option is only enabled if you are using multiple bins (Inventory Setup).
Serials Select this to use the Lot, Bin, Serial Allocations program to view details of serial number allocations for the dispatch line currently highlighted in the listview.

This option is only enabled if the item on the dispatch line is serialized.

Listview columns

Column Description
Stock code This indicates the code of the item dispatched.
Description

This indicates the description for the item dispatched.

If you included to display comment lines (Options menu), then the comment line text is also displayed in this column.
Dispatch quantity This indicates the quantity of the item dispatched.
Uom This indicates the unit of measure for the dispatch quantity.
Wh This indicates the warehouse form which the item was dispatched.
Dispatch value This indicates the value of the item dispatched.
Dispatch date This indicates the date on which the item was dispatched.
Date printed This indicates the date on which the dispatch note was printed.
Price This indicates the price at which the item was dispatched.
Price uom This indicates the unit of measure for the price.
Tax This indicates the tax value charged for the item.
Rev This indicates the revision of the dispatched item if it is an ECC controlled item.
Rel This indicates the release of the dispatched item if it is an ECC controlled item.

Program access

  • This program can be accessed by selecting the Detail Lines option form the Query menu of the Dispatch Notes program.
