Customer Sales Movements

You use this program to query details of a customer's sales movements.

This is a limitless listview which cannot be customized.

You can access this program by selecting the Customer Sales Movements option from the Query menu of the Sales Order Entry program.

AR Sales Movements Selection

Use these selections to specify the year and period of the customer sales movements you want to view in the AR Sales Movements listview.

By default, all movement are displayed. Restricting the listview to a selected year and period(s) improves the time taken to load the listview where a large amount of data is exists.

Listview

Column Description
Invoice Indicates the document number.
Document type Indicates the document type.
Date Indicates the document date.
Stock code Indicates the stock code for which the document was created.
Description This displays the stock code description defined against the sales order. If the sales order has been purged, then this displays the description defined against the stock code (Stock Code Maintenance).
Warehouse Indicates the warehouse for which the document was created.
Branch Indicates the Accounts Receivable branch for which the document was created.
Salesperson Indicates the salesperson against whom the document was created.
Quantity Indicates the document quantity.
Unit Price Indicates the price of a single unit of the item
Customer PO Indicates the customer's purchase order number.
Sales order Indicates the sales order from which the document was created.
Sale amount Indicates the document amount.
Product class Indicates the product class against which the document was created.
Geographic area Indicates the geographic area for which the document was created.
Bin location Indicates the bin location from which the stock item was taken. This only applies if Multiple bins are in use (Inventory Setup).
