You use the Asset Capex Types program to maintain asset capex types for budgeted (capex) assets.
You typically use capex type codes to classify capex assets into classes such as Land and Buildings, Furniture and Fittings, Motor Vehicles, Plant and Machinery, etc.
Capex classifications are used to group Capex items together for reporting while Capex Types are used to group Capex Requisition lines together.
The Browse on Asset Capex Types listview displays the asset capex type codes currently defined.
