You use this program to view details of General Ledger analysis categories currently defined.
You typically define analysis categories for ledger accounts that need to be analyzed. These could be expense accounts such as Donations, Repairs and Maintenance, Travel expenses, Entertainment, etc.

| Category | This indicates the category code. |
| Description | This indicates the description for the category code. |
| Analysis desc 1 - 5 |
These indicate the descriptions for each of the analysis types. Up to five analysis types can be defined for each category. |
| Mandatory |
These indicate whether the individual analysis types are mandatory. If an analysis type is mandatory, then a value must be entered against the type when the GL Analysis program is used to distribute values. |
