You use this program to build a conditional expression (that includes the warehouse) that you can e-mail to specific recipients.
The options enable you to send e-mail to specific recipients based on a conditional expression that includes the warehouse.
For example: If you want to notify the Stock Controller when stock code B100 goes negative in warehouse FG, then you would build the following expression against the event: Stock on hand negative:

The Stock Controller's e-mail address would be specified at the Recipient List field.
A conditional expression (that includes the warehouse) can be configured for any of the following Inventory events:

Enter a valid expression you want to build. The following are examples of valid expressions:

| To | Select this to display a list of mail recipients from which you can select the recipients for the email triggered by the event. |
| Recipient List | Enter the email addresses of all the recipients to which the email must be sent when the event is triggered. |
| Check Names | Verify that the e-mail address of the recipient is valid. |
| Save | Select this to save the information you entered. |
| Close | Select this to return to the previous screen. |
This program can be accessed by selecting the Conditional E-mail by list option from the Event Management program.
