Browse on Active Sales Orders

You use this program to view details of sales orders on file.

Toolbar and menu

Field Description
Options  
Options Select this to indicate a range of selection criteria according to which you want to generate the list of orders.
Include  
Include Selectively indicate the sales orders you want to display based on the order status.

You can only select to view Aborted (*) and Cancelled (\) orders when you select Order from the Sequence menu.

Functions  
Detail Lines Displays the line details for the currently highlighted sales order (see Detail Lines for Sales Order).
Query Opens the Sales Order Query program.

Options

This screen is displayed when you select the Options option from the Options menu.

Field Description
Accept Options Select this to apply your selections to the listview. Only the sales orders you selected to include are displayed.
Close Select this to ignore any selections you made and to return to the listview.
Salespersons  
Salesperson selection Indicate the salesperson(s) for whom you want to include sales orders in the listview.
Branches  
Branch selection Indicate the Accounts Receivable branch(es) for which you want to include sales orders in the listview.
Customer purchase orders  
Customer purchase order selection Indicate the customer purchase order(s) for which you want to include sales orders in the listview.
Customers  
Customer selection Indicate the customer(s) for whom you want to include sales orders in the listview.
Sales order types  
Order type selection Indicate the sales order types you want to include in the listview.
OK Select this to accept your selections and to return to the listview. The sales orders you selected to view are displayed.
Cancel Select this to ignore any selections you made and to return to the listview.

Listview columns

Column Description
Sales order Indicates the sales order number.
Customer Indicates the code of the customer against which the sales order was processed.
Status Indicates the current status of the sales order. Refer to Status Codes for additional information on sales order statuses.
Customer branch Indicates the customer's branch code.
Salesperson Indicates the code of the salesperson for the sales order.
Currency Indicates the customer's currency.
Customer purchase order Indicates the customer's purchase order number for the sales order.
Order date Indicates the date on which the sales order was processed.
Ship date Indicates the date on which the sales order was shipped.
Alternate key Indicates the alternate key information, if applicable.
Hierarchy Indicates whether the sales order is an hierarchical order.
Source warehouse Indicates the warehouse from which the items must be/were shipped for a Supply Chain Transfer order.
Target warehouse Indicates the warehouse to which the items must be/were shipped for a Supply Chain Transfer order.
Type of order Indicates the order type which was selected from the Sales Order Entry program when the order was created.
