You use this program to view a graph of the purchase order commitments for a supplier or range of suppliers over a specified period.
| Field | Description |

| Supplier selection | Indicate the supplier(s) for whom you want to display the commitment graph. |
| Projection period |
Indicate whether the projection period must be in days or months. The projection periods, number of graph points and projection days you select are saved against your operator code, but can be changed each time you select to view the graph. |
| Days | Select this to view the projection period in days. |
| Months | Select this to view the projection period in months. |
| Projection days |
You use this field to enter the number of days for each period projected. The maximum number of days that can be projected is 30 days. This option is only available if days was selected at the previous prompt. |
| No of graph points | You use this field to enter the number of graph points to be used for the projection period. |
| Start Processing |
Select this to produce the graph according to your selections. Everything after the program run date is seen as past due and is included in the first period. |
| Cancel | Select this to return to the previous screen without producing the graph. |
View a purchase order commitment graph
From the Purchase Order Entry program, select the Graph icon.
Select the graphing options required.
Your previous selections are saved against your operator code, but can be changed.
Select the Start Processing function.
The graph is displayed according to your selection.
Select the Exit option from the File menu to return to the previous screen.
