Blanket PO Deliveries Scheduled

You use this program to review and maintain the Delivery schedule of selected Blanket Purchase Order contracts.

Deliveries Schedule

Field Description
Contract This indicates the contract number to which the schedule relates.
Year Select the year for which you want to view and maintain the schedule.
Month Select the month for which you want to view and maintain the schedule.
Recalculate This function recalculates your delivery schedule according to your contract details. Any changes you made to the schedule are over-written by the contract details defined in the Contract Maintenance program.

'holi+P' is displayed when a scheduled purchase order falls on a holiday (i.e. a non-working day according to the Company Calendar).

Accept Select this to accept your changes and to return to the previous screen.
Deliveries scheduled The scheduled deliveries for the Year and Month you selected are displayed.

Delivery dates are calculated according to the contract details entered in the Contract Maintenance program, but can be changed.

Week Schedule

Field Description
Apply Select this to accept your schedule changes.
Deliveries The seven days of the week are listed together with a field for each one. This enables you to indicate the number of deliveries required for that specific day of the week for the delivery you highlighted in the Deliveries schedule pane.
Date range holi+P is displayed when a scheduled purchase order falls on a holiday (i.e. a non-working day according to the Company Calendar).
Changes to Indicate the week(s) to which you want to Apply the changes.

Reset current week

Select this to apply your changes to the current week only (i.e. to the delivery week highlighted in the Deliveries schedule pane).

The dates that this current week refers to are displayed in the From date and To date fields below.

Reset rest of contract

Select this to apply your changes to the entire contract from the selected week up to the end of the contract.

The dates that are affected are displayed in the From date and To date fields below.

From date This indicates the date from which the changes to the schedule will be applied.
To date This indicates the date to which the changes to the schedule will be applied.

Notes and warnings

Program access

  • This program can be accessed by selecting the Edit option at the Edit schedule field in the Contract Information pane of the Contract Maintenance program.

Application Help Pane

Application Help Panes provide step-by-step instructions for various functions within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program. The intention is that the pane provides information that is uncluttered and easy to navigate.

You can embed an Application Help Pane:

  • in the main SYSPRO menu

  • in any program with panes, if not using roles

  • when adding a role layout in Design Mode.

Inserting Application Help

You would typically follow this procedure to display help for the current program in a customized pane that can be pinned to the program window.

Information includes step-by-step instructions for the various functions available within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program.

  1. Open the program for which you want to insert application help into a customized pane.

    This functionality is only available for a program that has panes.

  2. Right-click any form field.

    You can also click the triangle menu icon that appears in the title area of a pane.

  3. Select Insert Application Help from the context-sensitive menu.

    The application help appears in a pane within your program. You can reposition the pane using the docking stickers or pin it to the program window.

Removing the Application Help pane

If you no longer want to display application help in a pane for your current program, you can simply remove it.

  1. Select the Close icon in the right-hand corner of the application help pane.

  2. Confirm that you want to delete the pane.
