You use this program to view LCT shipment codes currently defined.
| Field | Description |

| Change Shipment | Select this to change the shipment reference. |
| Shipment | This indicates the shipment reference. Only the shipments you selected to include in the Shipments Selection pane are displayed. |
| Departure date | This indicates the departure date of the vessel. |
| Vessel | This indicates the vessel carrying the shipment. |

| Cancel | Select this to return to the previous screen without changing the shipment. |
| OK | Select this to change the shipment
reference. The shipment reference is part of the key for the table, so the relevant records are deleted and rewritten to the table. These tables include the Costing Register, Costing Register Detail, Costing Register Header and the Index by Register Invoice where applicable (LCTCRH, LCTCRG, LCTCDE and LCTCRV) |
| Old shipment | This is the existing shipment reference. |
| New shipment | Enter the new reference for the shipment. The following warning is displayed if the shipment you enter already exists on the vessel: The shipment you have entered is already on this Vessel. Do you wish to continue? If you select Yes, then the shipment is merged with the existing shipment and placed under the same vessel and estimated time of departure. Note that only lines not received are moved to the new shipment. Line which have already been received against the old shipment are not changed. An error message is displayed if all lines on the old shipment have been received and the shipment reference is not changed. If you select No, then you can enter a different new shipment reference. |
This enables you to indicate the shipments you want to display in the listview.

When you access the LCT Shipments program from the Shipment Maintenance program, then the vessel and estimated time of departure are passed from that program and cannot be changed using these selections. The Vessel and Departure date are set to Single and display the vessel and departure date. |

| Refresh | Select this to redisplay the shipments in the listview according to the selection changes you made. |
| Vessel | Indicate the vessel(s) for which you want to display the shipments. |
| Departure date | Indicate the vessel departure date(s) for which you want to display the shipments. |
| Shipment | Indicate the shipment(s) you want to display in the listview. |
| Include received shipments | Select this to include shipments already received. |
| Include current shipments | Select this to include current shipments in the listview. |
