You use this program to view details of non-merchandise charge types currently defined.
These charge types are coded service charges which can be inserted into an order when processing a miscellaneous charge line or service charges attached to a stock code.
Service charges are maintained using the Service Charge Maintenance program.

The Service Charges listview includes the following information:
Code
This indicates the code for the service charge.
Description
This indicates the description for the code and is used for identification purposes.
Calculation type
This indicates the calculation type defined against the service charge.
P/cls
This indicates the product class defined against the service charge.
Value/Price
This indicates the fixed value assigned to the charge line,for the unit price assigned to the charge line when if the calculation type is Fixed.
Prompt
This indicates the wording displayed for the charge line when capturing service charges.
Tax
This indicates the tax code for the charge line.
GST
This indicates the GST code for the charge line.
Returnable item
This indicates the returnable item stock code.
Quantity factor
This indicates the quantity factor to apply to the entry made at the Quantity field (Sales Order Entry) before calculating the value of the charge line.
Method
This indicates whether to multiply or divide the entry made at the Quantity field (Sales Order Entry) by the Quantity factor.
Currency
This indicates the currency for the service charge.
Minimum quantity
This indicates the minimum order quantity for which the charge must be raised.
Minimum charge
This indicates the minimum service charge value to be invoiced to the customer when using this charge code.
Maximum charge
This indicates the maximum service charge value to be invoiced to the customer when using this charge code.
Fixed percent
This indicates the fixed percentage assigned to the charge code.
