You use the List of Prices program to generate a report of Trade Promotions Prices currently defined.
This report can also be accessed by selecting the List option from the File menu of the Browse on Prices listview.
Field | Description |

Include price types | Price breaks can be applied to individual stock items
or to stock items in a specific product class, product group
or department. Indicate which price codes you want to include in the report. |
Stock code | Select this to include price breaks defined directly against stock items. |
Product group | Select this to include price breaks defined against stock items in specific product groups. |
Product class | Select this to include price breaks defined against stock items in specific product classes. |
Department | Select this to include price breaks defined against stock items in specific departments. |
Include price basis | The price basis is the basis on which the pricing
applies. The quantity, mass or volume can be defined as the
upper limit for the price. Indicate the items to include in the report based on the price basis. |
Weight | Select this to include price breaks with a basis of mass. |
Quantity | Select this to include price breaks with a basis of quantity. |
Volume | Select this to include price breaks with a basis of volume. |
In addition to the report options that can be selected, the following selection criteria can be defined:

Stock code | Indicate the stock code(s) for which you want include the price breaks in the report. |
Product group | Indicate the product group(s) for which you want include the price breaks in the report. |
Product class | Indicate the product class(es) for which you want include the price breaks in the report. |
Department | Indicate the department(s) for which you want include the price breaks in the report. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
