You use the List of Promotion Codes program to generate a report of Trade Promotions Promotion Codes currently defined.
This report can also be accessed by selecting the List option from the File menu of the Browse on Promotion Code listview.

| Global promotions | |
| Include | Select this to include promotion codes for global
promotions in the report. Global promotions accumulate over the entire sales order as line items are added. |
| Exclude | Select this to exclude promotion codes for global promotions in the report. |
| Only global | Select this to generate the report only for promotion codes for global promotions. |
| Include expired promotions | Select this if you want to include promotion codes for promotions which have already expired in the report. |

| All | Select this to include promotion codes for all promotion types in the report. |
| Single | Select this to include promotion codes for a single promotion type in the report. |
| Promotion | Indicate the single promotion type for which you want
to include promotion codes in the report. One of the following promotion codes can be selected:

In addition to the report options that can be selected, the following selection criteria can be defined:

| Promotion code | Indicate the promotion code(s) for which you want to generate the report. |
| Start date | Indicate the promotion start date(s) for which you want to include promotion codes in the report. |
| Expiry date | Indicate the promotion expiry date(s) for which you want to include promotion codes in the report. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
