GL List of Financial Reports

You use the GL List of Financial Reports program to generate a list of reports or a list of the advanced report definitions you assigned to financial reports held on file.

Financial reports are defined using the GL Define Financial Reports program.

Report Options

Field Description
Report type  
Summary Select this to print one line for each report selected showing the report code, report type and description of each report.
Detail

Select this to print the details selected for each report.

The details for each report are printed on a new page.
Detail selection

Select the report definitions you want to include in the report.

By default, all report definition details are included, but those not required can be deselected.

These options are only available if you selected to print a Detail report type.

The following report definitions can be included:

  • Report options
  • Run-time prompts
  • Columns
  • Detail lines
  • Headers
  • Footers
  • Multi-column headings

Selections

In addition to the report options that can be selected, the following selection criteria can be defined:

Selection Description
Report code Indicate the report code(s) for which you want to generate the report.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
