IO Policy Amendment Journal

You use this program to generate a list of changes made to IO policies using the IO Policies and IO Batch Policy Maintenance programs.

Report Options

Field Description
Reprint

Select this to reprint journals that were previously printed.

[Note]

If, when you previously printed the report, you selected to delete the journal file after the report, no journals will be on file to reprint.
Print policy additions Select this to print journal details of new policies added.
Print policy changes Select this to print journal details of selection sets changed.
Print policy deletions Select this to print journal details of policies deleted.
Delete journal file Select this to delete the journal file once the report has been generated.

The journal file is only deleted if all entries in the file have been printed at least once. If there are any new entries that have not yet been printed, then the journal file is not deleted.

This means that you cannot reprint the journals.

Output Options

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).

Amendment journals

Amendment journals are only created for amendments to selection sets if you selected the option: Amendment journals required - Policy settings (Inventory Optimization Setup - General tab).
