You use this program to generate a detailed list of customers that includes static information as defined in the AR Customer Maintenance program.
The report can be generated in Customer code, Customer short name, AR Branch, Customer class, Geographic area or Salesperson sequence.
Customer addresses are automatically included on the report. In addition, Pricing information and contents of User defined fields can be included on the report.
A more basic list of customers can be generated using the AR List of Customers program.

In addition to the report options that can be selected, the following selection criteria can be defined:

Customer selection | Indicate the customer(s) to include in the report |
Branch selection | Indicate the Accounts Receivable branch(es) for which to include customers in the report. |
Customer class selection | Indicate the customer class(es) for which to include customers in the report. |
Geographic area selection | Indicate the geographic area(s) for which to include customers in the report. |
Salesperson selection | Indicate the salesperson(s) for whom to include customers in the report. |

Interest exemption status | |
All | Select this to include all customers, irrespective of their finance charge exemption status. |
Exempt | Select this to only include customer who are exempt from finance charges. |
Non-exempt | Select this to only include customer who are not exempt from finance charges. |
Product category selection | |
All | Select this to include all customers, irrespective of their product category. |
Single | Select this to include customers with a specific price category and price code in the report. |
Product category (A-Z) | Indicate the price category for which you want to
include customers on the report. This only applies if you selected a Single product category. |
Price code | Enter the specific price code (that will be matched to
the product category) according to which customers are
required to be selected. This only applies if you selected a Single product category. |
Print options | |
Price product matrix | Select this to print the price product matrix on the report. |
Extra fields | Select this to print the user defined fields on the
report. These fields are defined on the User Defined tab of the Accounts Receivable Setup program. |
Tax exemption status | |
All | Select this to include all customers, irrespective of their tax status. |
Exempt | Select this to only include customers with a tax status of Exempt. |
Non-exempt | Select this to only include customers with a tax status of Non-taxable. |

Currency selection | This enables you to include customers on the report based on their currency. |
Terms selection | This enables you to include customers on the report based on their Invoice terms. |
These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
