Requisition Group Maintenance

You use this program to maintain purchase order requisition user groups.

Requisition groups enable you to define groups of requisition users with the same authority levels for requisition approvals. In addition, requisition groups are required if you want to define requisition budgets (Purchase Orders Setup - Requisitions).

Once you have defined your requisition user groups, you use the User Maintenance program to attach requisition users to these groups. You use the Group Approval Limits program to set the requisition approval limits for each requisition group. If you selected to define requisition budgets, then you use the Group Budgets program to set the requisition budgets for each group.
