You use this program to view details of billing schedules for a contract.

Include | Select this to indicate the Contract(s) and Job(s) for which you want to display the schedules in the listview (see Include). |
This screen is displayed when you select the Include option from the Include menu.
Field | Description |

Contract selection | Indicate the contract(s) for which you want to display billing schedules in the listview. |
Job selection | Indicate the job(s) for which you want to display billing schedules in the listview. |
Include posted schedules | Select this to include schedules already posted in the listview. |
OK | Select this to return to the listview and to display only those schedules you selected to include. |
Cancel | Select this to ignore any changes you made and to return to the listview. |
Column | Description |
---|---|
Contract | This indicates the contract number. |
Job | This indicates the job number for the contract. |
Date | This indicates the billing schedule dates according to the contract. |
Billing method | This indicates the billing method defined against the contract. |
You cannot maintain information displayed in this list view if access to the program is set to Browse only but access to the corresponding maintenance program is not allowed (see Security Access).
