You use this program to create jobs and optionally to assign a job number and job classification to jobs created from the Quotation Confirmation program and from suggested jobs in the Requirements Calculation program.
If the job being created has sub jobs, then you are also required to enter the details for each sub job.

| Job classification | Enter the job classification you want to assign to the
job being created (see Browse on Job Classification). This only applies if you selected the setup option: Job classification required (WIP Setup - Job Creation tab). |
| WIP G/L code | This indicates the Work in progress control account
defined in the General Ledger Integration program (W.I.P. tab).
If this code is not defined, then you need to enter a valid General Ledger code to which the value of work in progress will be posted when the job is created. |
The Quotation Job Loading program is only loaded if your job numbering method is set to Manual (WIP Setup - Numbering tab) or if you selected the setup option: Job classification required (WIP Setup - Job Creation tab).
Electronic Signatures provide security access, transaction logging and event triggering. This enables you to increase control over your system changes.
Access to the following eSignature transactions within this program can be restricted at Operator, Group, Role or Company level. You configure this using the Electronic Signatures program.

The operations or components from route 0 are used for the job when the option Use route '0' when no components or operations exist on the selected route is enabled (Quotation Setup) and no operations or components exist on the route you selected in the Quotation Confirmation or Requirements Calculation program.
