You use this program to view the reserved lots for a parent item.
You reserve lots using the Parent/Lot Serial Reservation program. The Parent/Lot Serial Reservation program additionally enables you to maintain lots previously reserved.
The Reserved Lots for Job program can be accessed by selecting the Reserve Lots Query option from the Browse on Jobs program.
You use the Reserved Lot Query for Component program to view reserved lots for components.
The job number and parent item for which you are viewing the reserved lot information is displayed in the title bar of the window.
Column | Description |

Lot | This indicates the lot number reserved for the parent item. |
Warehouse | This indicates the warehouse in which the lot is reserved. |
Qty reserved | This indicates the quantity reserved for the item. |
Qty receipted | This indicates the quantity of the item currently receipted into stock. |
Qty in inspection | This indicates the quantity of the item currently in inspection |
Qty scrapped | This indicates the quantity of the item currently scrapped. |
Qty reworked | This indicates the quantity of the item currently being reworked. |
Lot exists |
This indicates whether the lot exists in both the lot reservations and lot detail files. If 'No' is displayed in this column, then the lot exists only in the lot reservations file. |
Completed |
This indicates whether the reserved lot is complete. A reserved lot for a parent part is set to complete when the quantity receipted into stock plus the quantity scrapped plus the quantity reworked is equal to the quantity reserved. |
Rev | This indicates the revision number of the item. This is only displayed for items defined as ECC controlled (Stock Code Maintenance - Tracking). |
Rel | This indicates the release number of the item. This is only displayed for items defined as ECC controlled (Stock Code Maintenance - Tracking). |
Expiry date | This indicates the expiry date for the lot. |
Concession no | This indicates the concession number for the lot, if applicable. |
