You use the Reserved Serials for Job program to view all the reserved serials for a parent part.
You reserve serials using the Parent/Lot Serial Reservation program. You use the Reserved Serial Query for Component program to view reserved serials for components.
The Reserved Serials for Job program can be accessed by selecting the Reserve Serials Query option from the Browse on Jobs program.
The job number and parent item for which you are viewing the reserved serial information is displayed in the title bar of the window.

| Serial method | This indicates the Serial tracking method defined against the parent item (Stock Code Maintenance - Tracking) |
| Warehouse | This indicates the warehouse in which the serial is reserved. |
| Expiry date | This indicates the expiry date for the reserved serial. |
| Qty reserved | This indicates the quantity of the serial that is reserved. |
| Qty receipted | This indicates the quantity receipted for the parent item for the serial. |
| Qty in inspection | This indicates the quantity of the item currently in inspection |
| Qty scrapped | This indicates the quantity in inspection for the parent item for the serial. |
| Qty reworked | This indicates the quantity reworked for the parent item for the serial. |
| Location | This indicates the location defined against the serial. |

This indicates the lot number for the serial. |
| Rev | This indicates the revision number of the item. This is only displayed for items defined as ECC controlled (Stock Code Maintenance - Tracking). |
| Rel | This indicates the release number of the item. This is only displayed for items defined as ECC controlled (Stock Code Maintenance - Tracking). |

This indicates whether the reserved serial is complete. A reserved serial for a parent part is set to complete when the quantity receipted into stock plus the quantity scrapped plus the quantity reworked is equal to the quantity reserved. |
