You use this program to create a link between a supplier and one or more customers.
You typically define links between your suppliers and customers when your supplier is also your customer. You can then use the Customer - Supplier Contra program to offset (contra) invoices between supplier and customer.

You use the AR Customer to Supplier Link program to create a link between a customer and one or more suppliers.

Supplier | This indicates the code of the supplier you want to link to one or more customers |
Name | This indicates the name of the supplier. |
Branch | This indicates the Accounts Payable branch to which the supplier is linked. |
Currency | This indicates the currency of the supplier. |
This listview displays the customers currently linked to the selected supplier.

Add | Select this to add a customer to the Linked
Customers listview. More than one customer can be linked to a single supplier. |
Delete | Select this to remove the currently highlighted customer from the list of linked suppliers. |
Save | Select this to save the list of linked customers to the supplier. |
Customer | Enter the code of the customer you want to link to the
supplier. When you enter a valid customer code, the customer's name is displayed for verification purposes. |
Description | This indicates the customer's name and is displayed for verification purposes. |
TPM | This field is only enabled in the AR Customer to Supplier Link program. |

Inserting Application Help
You would typically follow this procedure to display help for the current program in a customized pane that can be pinned to the program window.
Information includes step-by-step instructions for the various functions available within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program.
Open the program for which you want to insert application help into a customized pane.
This functionality is only available for a program that has panes.
Right-click any form field.
You can also click the triangle menu icon that appears in the title area of a pane.
Select Insert Application Help from the context-sensitive menu.
The application help appears in a pane within your program. You can reposition the pane using the docking stickers or pin it to the program window.
Removing the Application Help pane
If you no longer want to display application help in a pane for your current program, you can simply remove it.
Select the Close icon in the right-hand corner of the application help pane.
Confirm that you want to delete the pane.
