You use this program to generate labels for your assets.

| Label format | Indicate the format code of the label format you want to print. |

Indicate the sequence in which you want to print the asset labels. The available sequences are:

| Print by asset quantity | Select this to print the same number of labels as the number defined in the Asset quantity field of the Asset Acquisition program. |

Indicate the number of labels that must be generated for each asset code. This field is not available of you selected the Print by asset quantity option above. |
| Branch selection | Indicate the asset branch(es) for which you want to
generate labels. You use the Define List of up to 20 Branches function to enter a list of up to 20 branches for which you want to generate labels. |
| Location selection | Indicate the asset location(s) for which you want to
generate labels. You use the Define List of up to 20 Locations function to enter a list of up to 20 locations for which you want to generate labels. |
| Asset selection | Indicate the asset code(s) for which you want to
generate labels. You use the Define List of up to 20 Assets function to enter a list of up to 20 asset codes for which you want to generate labels. |
| Asset group selection | Indicate the asset group(s) for which you want to
generate labels. You use the Define List of up to 20 Groups function to enter a list of up to 20 asset groups for which you want to generate labels. |
| Asset type selection | Indicate the asset type(s) for which you want to
generate labels. You use the Define List of up to 20 Types function to enter a list of up to 20 asset types for which you want to generate labels. |
| Alignment | Select this to print a label using test characters to verify that your labels are correctly aligned on your stationery. |
| Define Format | Select this to define label formats for asset labels (see Assets Label Format). |
| Select this to generate asset labels according to your selections. | |
| Close | Select this to exit the program without generating any labels. |
Asset Register label formats must be defined using the Assets Label Format program, before you can print asset labels.
Print asset labels
From the Asset Label Print program, select the options you require.
Optionally select the Alignment function to ensure that the labels are correctly aligned on the printer.
Select the Print function to generate the labels according to your selections.
