You use this program to maintain a cross-reference between a SYSPRO stock code and a supplier catalogue number (supplier stock code).
When you select the option: Supplier/stock code interchange system required (Inventory Setup - Options) and you purchase a non-stocked item from a supplier, the system automatically creates an entry for the non-stocked item in the supplier/stock code interchange file. This enables you to print and reprint details of these purchases on purchase order documents.

New | Select this icon to add a new supplier/stock code cross reference. |
Delete | Select this icon to delete the supplier/stock code cross reference currently displayed. |

Specify a valid SYSPRO stock code that you want to link to the supplier's stock code. A non-stocked cross reference can be maintained here only if the item was receipted in on a purchase order. This stock code cannot be defined as a Notional part (Stock Code Maintenance). |
