You use the Blanket SO and Releases Monthly Cumulative History program to view the delivery history information for Blanket Sales Order releases delivered by month.
This program can be accessed from the Release history field in the Purchase Order Details pane of the Release Master Query program.

This pane displays basic information from the contract entered using the Contract Maintenance program.
