You use this program to view all the jobs and sub jobs within a job structure.

You can personalize this query in a number of ways. These include:
Field | Description |

Master Job | Indicate the master job you want to query. You can use the browse icon to load the Browse on Jobs program to locate the job required. |
Include Completed Jobs | Select this to include completed jobs in the
query. This option is only enabled once a valid Master Job is entered and accepted. |
The treeview displays the master job selected, together with its associated sub jobs.
When you highlight an item in the treeview, the information for the job is displayed in the Job Details and Attached Sub Jobs listview

Rev/Rel | This indicates the revision/release for the selected item. This is only displayed if the item is defined as ECC controlled. |
Details of the sub jobs attached to the selected job are displayed in this listview.

Quantity to make | This indicates the job's quantity to make in the unit of measure indicated when the job was created (e.g. stocking, manufacturing, alternate or other). |
Stock quantity to make | This indicates the job's quantity to make in the item's stocking unit of measure (Stock Code Maintenance). |
Application Help Panes provide step-by-step instructions for various functions within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program. The intention is that the pane provides information that is uncluttered and easy to navigate.
You can embed an Application Help Pane:
in the main SYSPRO menu
in any program with panes, if not using roles
when adding a role layout in Design Mode.
Inserting Application Help
You would typically follow this procedure to display help for the current program in a customized pane that can be pinned to the program window.
Information includes step-by-step instructions for the various functions available within the program, including a brief overview of what the program does, what setup options are required and how to personalize the program.
Open the program for which you want to insert application help into a customized pane.
This functionality is only available for a program that has panes.
Right-click any form field.
You can also click the triangle menu icon that appears in the title area of a pane.
Select Insert Application Help from the context-sensitive menu.
The application help appears in a pane within your program. You can reposition the pane using the docking stickers or pin it to the program window.
Removing the Application Help pane
If you no longer want to display application help in a pane for your current program, you can simply remove it.
Select the Close icon in the right-hand corner of the application help pane.
Confirm that you want to delete the pane.
