You use this program to produce a list of updates, additions and deletions made to assets, branches, cost centers, groups, locations and depreciation.

| Reprint |
Select this to reprint journals that were previously printed. If, when you previously printed the report, you selected to delete the journal file after the report, then no journals are on file to reprint. |

Select this to print details of any additions to the items you select below. You can only select this option if you indicated that amendment journals are required, including additions (Asset Register Setup). |

| Print changes | Select this to print all changes made to the items indicated at the Include amendment journals for option. | |
| Print deletions | Select this to print all deletions made from the items you select below. | |
| Delete journal file after report |
Select this to delete all journals after the report has been printed. This function deletes ALL journals previously printed. You cannot selectively delete journals. If any journals for any items (assets, cost centers, groups, branches, locations or depreciation) have not been printed, then no journals are deleted. |

These options enable you to apply a theme to the report and to define multiple output destinations for the report once it has been compiled (SRS Output Options).
Each time you generate this report (i.e. not a reprint) only those amendment journals not previously printed are listed on the report.

You cannot generate this report when the Asset amendment journals required option is set to No (Asset Register Setup).
