You use this program to graphically view data residing within SYSPRO.
The Graphs program can be accessed from a number of SYSPRO programs. These include the following:

Customer Query | The graph function within this program enables you to view invoice ageing for a customer. |
GL Query | The graph function within this program enables you to view year-to-date movement or year-to-date balances for a ledger account. |
Inventory Query | The graph function within the Warehouse Values Details pane of this program enables you to view sales history for a stock item. |
Sales Order Query | The graph function within this program enables you to view sales order commitments for a single customer (or all customers). This function is also available during processing in the Sales Order Entry program. |
Purchase Order Query | The graph function within this program enables you to view purchase order commitments for a single supplier (or all suppliers). This function is also available during processing in the Purchase Order Entry program. |
Sales Analysis Query | The graph function within this program enables you to compare sales and budget values for a salesperson. |
Sales Target Maintenance | The graph function within this program enables you to compare sales and profit targets for a customer. |
Job Costs Query | The graph function within this program enables you to view the total costs for a job hierarchy, broken down into Sales, Billings, C.O.S, Committed, Uncommitted, and Cost. |
Forecast Maintenance | The graph function within this program enables you to view forecasts for a stock item based on required quantities and a projection period in days. |
Build Schedule Maintenance | The graph function within this program enables you to view the build schedule for a stock item based on required quantities and a projection period in days. |
You use the Set Graph Colors function to customize the color scheme of your graphic charts.
Graph color schemes are saved in the ADMLST file of the \Base\Settings folder of your SYSPRO installation.
Field | Description |
---|---|
Palette | Indicate the palette you want to apply to your graphs. |
Color to set | Indicate the graph area to which you want to apply a color. Once you have indicated the graph area, simply click on a 'slice' in the pie chart to apply the color. |
Default | Select this to save your settings as your default graph colors. This applies only to those graphs for which you have not set up a color scheme. |
